By accessing or using the DotCity Wi-Fi service ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including but not limited to registered account holders, guest users, and business subscribers.
DotCity Wi-Fi provides internet access through a network of managed hotspots, captive portals, and customer accounts. Services are sold as time-based or data-based packages. Availability, speed, and coverage may vary by location and network conditions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To purchase packages or access account features, you must register with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. DotCity is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use the Service to: (a) transmit, distribute, or store illegal content; (b) engage in hacking, network scanning, or denial-of-service attacks; (c) send spam or unsolicited communications; (d) violate the intellectual property rights of others; (e) access or interfere with other users' data; (f) resell or commercially redistribute the Service without authorization.
Internet packages are sold as described on the Packages page. Prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Packages are activated immediately upon successful payment. No refunds are issued for partially used packages except at DotCity's sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days' notice. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
Business subscribers operating DotCity hotspot billing solutions agree to: accurately configure and display pricing to end-users; not tamper with billing systems; and comply with all applicable payment and consumer protection laws. DotCity acts as the billing processor and is not liable for disputes between venue operators and their guests.
We collect connection logs, usage data, and account information necessary to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Connection logs may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities when legally required. Please review our full Privacy Policy at www.dotcitytechnologies.com/privacy.php.
DotCity may apply traffic management techniques including bandwidth throttling, prioritisation, and content filtering to ensure fair use for all users and to comply with legal requirements. These measures do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DotCity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or interruption of service. Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 30 days.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
